01 / THE IDEA
A question over dinner becomes a project. A study session becomes a collaboration. Someone down the hall sees the problem differently.
We’re creating the conditions for those encounters: a stable home, a thoughtful working environment, and people who enjoy learning from each other.
No university affiliation required. Participation is encouraged, never compulsory.
Put down roots.
Keep your ideas moving.
We’re transitioning the house at 3322 W Washington Boulevard into a resident-first computing community, with furnished rooms, shared workspace, and longer stays.
Room-specific amenities, pricing, and availability will be provided before any commitment. Tours are by arrangement.

A repetitive workflow. Information that’s hard to find. A process ready for a better tool. Start with a conversation about a practical, scoped AI engagement.
Discuss a project ↗Work and housing are independent. Rates, scopes, and openings are discussed when opportunities exist. Residency does not guarantee employment; work is not a condition of tenancy.
The proposed rhythm: enough structure to find your people, enough freedom to do your own thing.
A shared dinner, an optional project update, and a chance to know your neighbors.
A quiet study and build session for papers, problem sets, and projects.
Demos and research discussions. Half-formed ideas are welcome.
The calendar is in formation. Dates and attendance limits will be confirmed before registration.
Hear about the first gatherings ↗We want to contribute to the neighborhood and the city’s wider computing community through useful projects and relationships built over time.
Organizations to explore, not confirmed partners or endorsers. Check current routes and travel times for your own commute.

This is an inquiry, not a rental application, job offer, or reservation. No payment or commitment.
BEFORE YOU ASK
We are gathering interest for a gradual transition from short stays. Room photographs, verified amenities, prices, available dates, and lease terms will be provided before any commitment. Tours are by arrangement.
No. Students, researchers, working engineers, and independent learners are welcome to inquire. The shared interest is computing and building useful things. Formal housing screening is handled separately.
Yes. Employment, consulting, and contracting inquiries are welcome independently of housing. Joining the interest list does not guarantee a role or placement.
A compensated resident community lead will coordinate onboarding, the calendar, house meetings, and guest access. The role is being developed; the selected lead will be introduced before the pilot. Cleaning, maintenance, and property management are separate responsibilities.
